Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association inducts Joe Franklin (Class of 1964) into its Hall of Fame

Joe Franklin was inducted in the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame Saturday evening. I attended the ceremonies, talked with Joe and his brother Jerry, and took some photographs.
