Mr. Myres is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carey Myres; two brothers, Carey Jr. and Robert; and a sister, Mrs. George Brown, all of Niles, Ohio.

Burial will be in Forest Hill cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the Memorial funeral home, 235 King St. and after noon at the church.

Note: The above was taken from the Obituary Section of the Wisconsin State Journal. At this time, obituaries were still “news stories,” written by newspaper staff, not families. This probably accounts for the fact the "Mrs. Myres” is never identified by her first name. She was know to her classmates at Central as Linda Balser. NG
